About Us
John
Cello Consulting is a client centered firm.
Founded in 1992 in Charlotte, North Carolina, the firm moved to
the Upstate area of South Carolina in 1999. Embracing the
benefits of a virtual office environment, our employees enjoy
the freedom of calling anyplace with high speed internet access
the "office."
Though we specialize in serving the southeast region of the
United States, our convenient location to the interstate, two
national, and several general aviation airports give us a
worldwide reach.
Our company methodology is to retain on a long term contract
basis the best talent available nationwide. All training,
management consulting, and project management are done by the
in-house staff.
We consult with the psychologists and LPCs at the Easley
Counseling Center on all of our assessments and training course
development so that we can ensure that our findings and training
are as accurate as possible. We also have an exclusive agreement
to utilize this facility's R.O.P.E.S. course. (View our photo

This methodology affords us the ability to bring exactly the
right resources to bear on any given project, keeping the
provided solution technically sound and cost effective. Holding
to the simple maxim that if the solution isn't the proper one
for the client, we will not undertake it, we have developed an
unrivaled client loyalty.
As our services are behaviorally
based, we have incorporated one of the inkblots from the
Rorschach series as part of our company logo.
John Cello, our president and founder, has an incredibly diverse
background. After serving in the Air Force, he has held
positions as a firefighter\paramedic, a full time sworn law
enforcement officer, network engineer, director of information
technology operations, and Vice President of Data Services for
companies such as Solectron Technologies, Lockheed Martin and
Monroe Automotive. This allows him to lend support and advice on
a wide range of subjects and applications. John still actively
participates in projects, keeping in touch with all the facets
of the organization.
Dedicated to community service,
John is an active member in the Civil Air Patrol, the official
auxiliary of the United States Air Force. John's squadron
provides air and ground search and rescue capabilities, as well
as youth oriented drug demand reduction and leadership training.
